Job summary

First Call Contract Services Limited is seeking candidates for a Royal Mail Delivery Operative position in Brighton. The role offers a pay rate of £13.69 per hour, with weekly payments and a temporary contract until Christmas.

Flexibility with hours is required to cover shifts from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Applicants must hold a valid UK manual driving license, have no more than 6 points for minor offences, and be willing to drive a company vehicle or work on foot in all weather conditions.

Shifts for Royal Mail Delivery Operative (Must be flexible with your hours):

• Hours: Must be flexible to work rotating shifts between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, including weekends.
• Pay for Royal Mail Delivery Operative:

• £13.69 per hour
• Paid weekly
• TEMPORARY POSITION UNTIL CHRISTMAS

Main Duties of Royal Mail Delivery Operative:

• Sortation of round prior to departure
• Vehicle checks
• Driving manual vehicle to delivery locations or working on foot
• Delivering letters and small parcels to home and business addresses

About You:

• You must hold a valid UK manual Driving License
• No more than 6 points for minor offences (No IN, DD, DR)
• Happy to drive a company issued vehicle or work on foot
• Be physically fit
• Happy to work outside in all weather conditions

PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to complete the Royal Mail Vetting Process which includes a basic DBS check paid for by you.
