First Call Contract Services Limited is recruiting for Royal Mail Delivery Operatives in Reading. The role offers pay at £13.69 per hour with weekly pay, and is a temporary position until Christmas. Candidates must hold a valid UK manual driving license and be prepared to undergo DBS Vetting.

Shifts are flexible, with hours between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm, including weekends. Driving a company vehicle or working on foot may be required in a dynamic delivery environment.

We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidates to work for Royal Mail as a Royal Mail Delivery Operative with pay rates from £13.69 per hour. The role of Royal Mail Delivery Operative is based in READING

You don’t need any experience, but you do require a Full UK Manual Driving License; we offer full support for you to succeed in your role! Shifts for Royal Mail Delivery Operative (Must be flexible with your hours):

• Hours: Must be flexible to work rotating shifts between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, including weekends.

Pay for Royal Mail Delivery Operative:

• £13.69 per hour
• Paid weekly
• TEMPORARY POSITION UNTIL CHRISTMAS

Main Duties of Royal Mail Delivery Operative:

• Sortation of round prior to departure
• Vehicle checks
• Driving manual vehicle to delivery locations or working on foot
• Delivering letters and small parcels to home and business addresses

About You:

• You must hold a valid UK manual Driving License
• No more than 6 points for minor offences (No IN, DD, DR)
• Happy to drive a company issued vehicle or work on foot
• Be physically fit
• Happy to work outside in all weather conditions

PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to complete the Royal Mail Vetting Process which includes a basic DBS check paid for by you.
