Job summary

First Call Contract Services Limited is seeking Royal Mail Delivery Operatives in Ashford (TN23 1AB) to join a reliable delivery team. You will sort mail, check vehicles, drive a manual van, and deliver letters and parcels to homes and businesses across the area.

No prior experience required, but you must hold a valid UK manual driving licence, with up to six points, and be prepared to work outdoors in all weather. Weekly pay and full support provided.

• Be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidates to work for Royal Mail as a Royal Mail Delivery Operative with pay rates from £13.69 per hour. The role of Royal Mail Delivery Operative is based in Ashford TN23 1AB

You don't need any experience, but you do require a Full UK Manual Driving License; we offer full support for you to succeed in your role! Shifts for Royal Mail Delivery Operative (Must be flexible with your hours):

• Hours: Must be flexible to work between 7am to 9pm, Mon-sun

Pay for Royal Mail Delivery Operative :

• £13.69 per hour
• Paid weekly

Main Duties of Royal Mail Delivery Operative :

• Sortation of round prior to departure
• Vehicle checks
• Driving manual vehicle to delivery locations or working on foot
• Delivering letters and small parcels to home and business addresses

About You:

• You must hold a valid UK manual Driving License
• No more than 6 points for minor offences (No IN, DD, DR)
• Happy to drive a company issued vehicle or work on foot
• Be physically fit
• Happy to work outside in all weather conditions

PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to complete the Royal Mail Vetting Process which includes a basic DBS check paid for by you.
