Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician to provide hands-on maintenance across multiple properties. You will support the Community Manager and perform diverse upkeep tasks, from preventative maintenance to repairs, across sites with travel as required.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, strong communication, and a proactive mindset. On-site presence at various properties with competitive hourly pay and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous property Maintenance Technician experience (1-year certificate or 2 years related experience)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, corrective, deferred and emergency maintenance under supervision.
• Handle appliance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds cleanliness across properties.
• Assist in pool/spa maintenance, laundry and common area upkeep.
• Ensure safe, clean, well-maintained communities for residents.
