Job summary

Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd in the Bolton/Manchester area is seeking a roving chef to support our pubs and upcoming openings across Manchester, Blackburn, Clitheroe, Preston and more. The patch may require working away from home, with flexibility provided where possible.

Basic up to £35,000 plus tronc, £3,000 car allowance and mileage, paid overtime and great cash tips. We offer free meals on shift, 30% discount for you and your family, Nest pension, perks on tap savings, £1,000 referral bonus

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a gastro pub, restaurant or hotel at sous or senior sous chef level is essential, as well as a positive and flexible attitude.
• In this role you’ll be covering holidays, involved in new openings or could be deputising for a Head Chef.
• You’ll help support with running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.

Due to a number of internal promotions and growth of the business, we are looking for a Roving Chef, ideally based in the Bolton, Manchester area to support our existing pubs and new pub openings. The patch covers Manchester, Blackburn, Clitheroe, Preston, Kirkby Lonsdale to name a few. From time to time these positions involve working away from home but we’ll always be flexible where we can.

About You
