Job summary

THE GLOBAL SEARCH COMPANY LIMITED is seeking a Route Planner for a luxury food delivery operation, working a night shift from 10pm to 4am. You will convert daily orders into efficient routes, balancing time windows, vehicle capacity, and product handling while collaborating with dispatch, drivers and customer service to keep deliveries on track.

Ideal candidates have route planning or transport coordination experience in food distribution or chilled logistics, and are proficient with routing

We are recruiting a Route Planner for a luxury food delivery business, where precision, freshness and service sit at the heart of every order. This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys solving logistical puzzles and keeping a busy delivery operation running smoothly.

The role is a night shift position operating between 10pm to 4am.

You will turn daily orders into efficient, achievable delivery routes, balancing customer time windows, vehicle capacity and product handling requirements. Working closely with dispatch, drivers and customer service, you will keep deliveries on track and respond quickly when plans change.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and optimising daily delivery routes.
• Allocating deliveries across available drivers and vehicles.
