City of Doncaster Council is seeking a Rough Sleeping Outreach Co-ordinator (CDC) based at Civic Building in Doncaster. The role offers a fixed-term contract (until 31 March 2029) working 37 hours per week, with a salary of £42,123–£46,579.

You will lead the Outreach Team, coordinate integrated outreach services, and develop person-centred interventions for individuals sleeping rough, while building strong partnerships across local services and communities.

• The role is responsible for maintaining high-quality service delivery, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring a visible and active presence across local services and communities.
