Job summary

Bauer Media Audio is recruiting two Technology & Engineering Apprentices to join an 18-month programme starting early 2027. You will rotate through Platform, Web, Mobile, Cloud and QA teams to gain a full-circle view of modern engineering, from cloud infrastructure to listener-facing apps.

No previous professional experience is required; the role targets people starting their tech careers who are curious, problem-solving, and passionate about music.

Qualifications

• No previous professional experience is required.
• This is a technical apprenticeship where you'll learn real, technical skills beyond school.
• A genuine curiosity about technology and a passion for music are valuable.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across Platform, Web, Mobile, Cloud, Architecture and QA teams during the 18-month programme.
• Learn cloud infrastructure, backend platforms, web and voice apps, and mobile development.
• Work with AWS, Terraform and GitHub Actions to automate and speed up delivery.
