Bauer Media Audio invites two Technology & Engineering Apprentices to join an 18-month programme starting early 2027. You’ll rotate through platform, QA and architecture teams, gaining hands‑on experience from cloud infra to mobile apps, with a strong emphasis on learning by doing and broad exposure to modern engineering.

No prior professional experience is required; curiosity, problem-solving and a genuine interest in music are more important than existing knowledge.

Qualifications

• Interest in IT or technology and willingness to learn beyond school or university
• No previous professional experience required; mindset matters most

Responsabilités

• Complete an 18-month apprenticeship rotating through multiple tech teams
• Gain exposure to cloud infrastructure, backend platforms, web and voice applications, mobile apps
• Learn through hands-on projects and structured training programs
• Work in a remote-first Platform team environment and contribute to product delivery
