The programme provides experience across our three largest hospital sites: The Kent and Canterbury Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital, Margate, and The William Harvey Hospital, Ashford.
The ELEVATE Programme supports pharmacists from Foundation to Advanced level to advance their careers.

Responsibilities
- Rotations across The Kent and Canterbury Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital, Margate and The William Harvey Hospital, Ashford.
- Participate in the ELEVATE Programme to support development from Foundation to Advanced level.
- Engage in rotational areas including Emergency Floor, Acute Frailty, Critical Care, Education and Training, Medicines Safety/Governance, Medicines Value, Oncology, Paediatrics, Surgery, Specialist Medicine.
- Contribute to improvement journey for patients, families and carers.
