Qualifications

• Registered pharmacist with GPhC
• Experience in hospital pharmacy and medicines information

Responsibilities

• Support clinical pharmacists on ward rounds and in clinics
• Assist in delivering and maintaining safe pharmaceutical services in wards
• Provide clinical training and supervision to junior staff
• Contribute to developing clinical services within the Trust
