Job summary

The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Physiotherapist for rotational posts in Rochdale. You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, perform assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans while managing your own caseload under supervision.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration and CSP membership are required.
• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy is essential.
• Postgraduate training and broad clinical placements (stroke/neuro, MSK) are desirable.
• Evidence-based practice knowledge is expected.
• Ability to work in a team and independently with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standard evidence-based care.
• Perform therapy assessments with a diagnosis to develop一个 individualised treatment programme.
• Hold responsibility for own caseload under supervision.
