NHS Scotland is seeking a Rotational Physiotherapist (Band 5) to deliver patient-centred care across community and acute services. The 36-hour-per-week post includes on-call duties, and a UK driving licence is essential.

The role rotates through diverse clinical settings to develop core competencies and aid discharge planning. Applicants must hold a degree in Physiotherapy and be HCPC-registered; newly qualified applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration.
• Understanding of physiotherapy principles and evidence-based practice across clinical areas.
• Newly qualified physiotherapists are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and time management skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy care across musculoskeletal, inpatient and rehabilitation settings.
• Assess, plan and implement individualised treatment programmes to promote recovery and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to professional standards.
• Participate in clinical supervision, on-call rota and multidisciplinary team activities.
