Job summary

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Rotational Physiotherapist to join a dynamic team. The role offers rotations across Frailty, A&E, Cardiothoracic, Critical Care, Orthopaedics and more with supervision and career development support.

A full clean UK driving licence and access to a car are required for off-site rotations. You will be part of a large NHS workforce delivering high‑quality physiotherapy and weekend/on‑call coverage as part of a patient‑centred

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in physiotherapy and HPC registration required.
• Experience within the NHS and respiratory care is desirable.
• CPD diary and reflective practice are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide physiotherapy assessment, intervention and discharge planning for patients.
• Work as part of the multidisciplinary team to enable holistic care.
• Participate in weekend working and on‑call rotas; drive to off-site rotations.
