Job summary

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Band 5 Rotational Physiotherapist. You will contribute to a comprehensive rotation across Frailty and A&E, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Critical Care, General Surgery, Orthopaedics (trauma and electives), MSK outpatients and more.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, participate in supervision, and support discharge planning, with weekend and on-call rotas as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Physiotherapy assessment, intervention and discharge planning responsibilities.
• Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to participate in weekend working and on-call rotas.
• Full clean UK driving licence and access to a car for off-site rotations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessment, intervention and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with other MDT members to deliver holistic patient-centred care.
