Job summary

The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 4 Pharmacy Technician to join our expanding Pharmacy Department at Russell's Hall Hospital in Dudley. The role involves training and working across Dispensary, Ward Services and Aseptic areas within a supportive team.

We offer development opportunities including Accredited Checking and Medicines Management projects, with a flexible approach to hours and weekend/Bank Holiday rotas. NHS values and wellbeing support are emphasised.

Qualifications

• GCSE grade C or equivalent in Maths and English.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent AND BTEC National Certificate in Pharmacy services.
• Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council of Great Britain.

Responsibilities

• Undertake a range of technical duties within the Dispensary, Ward Services and Aseptic areas.
• Provide technical support within Dispensary, Ward Services, Stores and distribution.
• A Band 4 technician is a training grade with development opportunities for higher posts.
