Job summary

NHS Forth Valley is seeking a Band 4 Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic Acute Pharmacy Services team. You will gain hands-on experience across rotations including Clinical, Aseptic/Oncology, Stores & Distribution, HePMA and Dispensary.

We welcome GPhC-registered technicians or Pre-Reg trainees nearing completion, with a passion for patient care and collaborative learning. The role involves weekend, public holiday, and late-night rotas, with strong opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician or Pre-Reg trainee nearing completion.
• Willing to undergo PVG scheme and provide safe patient care.
• Comfortable with shift rotations including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Attend rotations in Clinical, Aseptic/Oncology, Stores & Distribution, HePMA and Dispensary.
• Support learning culture and continuous improvement.
• Be part of weekend/public holiday/late-night rota and PVG obligations.
