Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a Rotational Pharmacy Assistant to support dispensing, ward services and stores across its Coventry and Rugby sites. The role offers development including training to a QCF Level 2 in Pharmacy Services and collaboration with pharmacists, technicians, nurses and clerical staff.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to train to obtain QCF Level 2 in Pharmacy Services.
• Experience with Pharmacy staff and departments is advantageous.

• Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure are required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Dispensary, Ward services and Stores.
• Work in Aseptic department when required and liaise with Pharmacy team.
• Contribute to high quality pharmaceutical care for patients across the Trust.
