London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting for a Rotational Pharmacy Assistant Technical Officer. The role involves working within a busy pharmacy department, supporting dispensing activities and ward supply.

This is a full-time fixed-term post for 8 months, with late duty, weekend and bank holiday cover. Applicants should have GCSEs (English & Maths) or equivalent and an NVQ level 2 in pharmacy services or be working towards it.

Qualifikationen

• GCSEs (English & Maths) or equivalent.
• NVQ Level 2 in pharmacy services or working towards completing the NVQ Level 2.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a large multi-disciplinary team.

Aufgaben

• Produce picking lists and packs using the Pharmacy computer system.
• Assist in labelling and dispensing medicines to inpatients and outpatients.
• Receive prescriptions and manage prescription charge money.
• Liaise with porters to ensure deliveries to wards.
