Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Rotational Pharmacy Assistant to join a multidisciplinary team across dispensary, distribution, procurement and technical services. The role involves dispensing, ward top-up supply and assisting with medicine handling, with training provided.

The ideal candidate will have IT, time management and communication skills, and be prepared to work towards NVQ Level 2, with GCSEs in Maths, English and Science.

Formación

• Preferably hold NVQ Level 2 and GCSEs at grade C or above in Maths, English and Science.
• Training will be provided toward NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Dispense inpatient and outpatient prescriptions and handle reception duties.
• Provide wards with medicines via top-up service.
• Assist with receipt of medicines and handling bulk fluids.
• Work in clean rooms preparing cytotoxic medicines.
