University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust seeks an Occupational Therapist to join a forward-thinking team. The role offers six-monthly rotations across Surgery, Specialist Medicine, Cancer, Elderly Medicine, Trauma and Orthopaedics, Neurology and Outpatient services, with opportunities to work in community settings as rotations include D2A beds, Intermediate Care and Social Services.

Applicants should have a Degree in Occupational Therapy and be HCPC registered, with

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is essential.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Experience in hospital settings preferred.
• Evidence of working as part of a team is essential.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills required.
• Understanding of the Occupational Therapy process.

Responsabilités

• Work across hospital sites in Derby, Burton, Lichfield and Tamworth with rotation opportunities.
• Contribute to a 7-day extended hour service.
• Rotate through core areas including Surgery, Specialist Medicine, Cancer, Elderly Medicine, Trauma and Orthopaedics, Neurology and Outpatient care.
