Job summary

Qualifications

• HCPC registered OT with state registration.
• Fieldwork educator qualifications or accreditation is desirable.
• Involvement in learning/education of others is expected.

Responsibilities

• Carry a clinical caseload within a defined area of the service and work with Senior staff support.
• Conduct assessments and treatments using a range of modalities and document outcomes.
• Modify treatment plans based on patient needs and goals, and ensure accurate records.
• Support patient flow through timely discharge planning and liaison with community services.
• Work within MDTs and adhere to RCOT & HCPC professional conduct and local policies.
