Job summary

University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust (UHDB) is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Band 5 rotational post across Derby, Burton, Lichfield and Tamworth. You will undertake six monthly rotations across core areas such as Surgery, Specialist Medicine, Cancer, Elderly Medicine, Trauma and Orthopaedics, Neurology and Outpatient services.

You will contribute to a seven‑day extended hour service, and you must hold a full driving licence to move between sites if required

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy is essential.
• Ability to work across multiple sites is needed.

Responsibilities

• Work across Derby, Burton, Lichfield and Tamworth sites.
• Contribute to a 7-day extended hour service.
• Complete six monthly rotations across core OT areas.
• Move between community and hospital settings as rotations require.
