Qualifications

• Essential: Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Essential: HCPC registration.
• Desirable: RCOT membership.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CPD evidence.
• Knowledge of iRIS5 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct autonomous assessments and develop evidence‑based plans.
• Work in community settings, managing risk and discharge planning.
• Review and adapt treatment plans to ensure progress and safety.
• Prescribe and arrange equipment, and supervise students or rehab assistants.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate with referrers.
