Nestlé is offering an HR within Operations Graduate Scheme, a 2-year development journey across at least two UK factory locations. You’ll rotate through sites to understand operations, people, and how HR adds value across the business.

You’ll be part of the manufacturing HR team, supporting employee engagement, performance, and capability building, with mentoring from experienced HR professionals throughout your rotations.

Qualifikationen

• Any degree from any subject is acceptable.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship at start and on completion.

• Rotate across at least two Nestlé UK factory locations to understand HR in operations.
• Support manufacturing HR activities, employee engagement and development.
• Work with site leaders to drive performance and an inclusive culture.
