Job summary

Nestlé is offering a two-year Supply Chain Graduate Scheme that rotates you through three placements across our factories, distribution centres and head office locations across the UK. You will work on a broad portfolio including iconic brands and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will receive structured development and mentorship as you rotate, enabling you to build a broad network, learn supply chain functions end-to-end, and contribute to sustainability

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in any subject.
• Ability to work across the UK and relocate as needed.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a global FMCG company.

Responsibilities

• Complete three varied placements across 2 years within Nestlé's supply chain.
• Collaborate with factories, distribution centres, and head office teams to gain end-to-end exposure.
• Support improvements in sustainability, planning, and supplier collaboration during rotations.
