Job summary

Nestlé's manufacturing HR rotation scheme offers hands-on experience supporting people who make our products. You will rotate across factory locations in the UK, gaining exposure to operational HR, employee relations, and people processes while working with site leaders.

You will be mentored by experienced HR professionals, developing your confidence and capability as you contribute to projects that improve processes and outcomes for employees and the wider business.

Qualifications

• You will have a degree in any subject.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

• Rotate through placements across Nestlé factory locations to gain insight into operational HR.
