Job summary

Nestlé’s HR Graduate Scheme offers a 2-year development journey with rotations across at least two UK factory locations. You’ll gain hands-on experience in manufacturing HR, supporting people, and driving performance.

You will be mentored by experienced HR professionals, with exposure to employee engagement, development, and a fast-paced, multinational environment. Flexibility and relocation across sites are included.

Qualifications

• Degree in any subject; eligible to work in the UK.
• Willingness to relocate across UK sites.
• Mobility across UK locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across at least two Nestlé factory locations in the UK.
• Support HR activities to drive performance and develop capability.
• Engage with site leaders and employees on engagement and development.
• Learn HR foundations and processes in a large multinational.
