Job summary

Stirling Dynamics in the United Kingdom is launching a rotational Graduate Programme designed for recent graduates in aerospace, mechanical, electrical engineering, mathematics or physics. You will complete four rotations across engineering functions and spend time in project management or business development, guided by a dedicated mentor.

Starting September 2027, interviews are scheduled for late 2026 with a Security Check eligibility.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a 2:1 (achieved or on track for) in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Complete four rotations across engineering functions and management.
• Work with a mentor and support Chartership application.
• Participate in interviews and start date scheduling and onboarding.
