You’ll gain hands-on experience, mentoring, and structured development pathways, working with senior engineers and Sulzer’s leadership team to deliver innovative rotating equipment solutions and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- A 2:2 degree or above in mechanical, industrial, or process engineering.
- Passion for technology and innovation.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to travel across the UK.
- A valid passport and full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for innovative enhancements in the workplace, considering emerging technologies and process advancements
- Research and recommend marketplace technologies and process improvements
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and deliver project plans against agreed milestones
- Manage project risks to ensure timely delivery and minimal disruption to service
- Deliver engineered solutions in the repair, service, and retrofit of rotating equipment
- Provide technical advice and support to internal stakeholders across the UK
