Job summary

Sulzer is seeking graduates for a two-year Engineering & Technical Graduate Programme with placements across UK sites. You’ll rotate through Design, Industrial, Process Engineering, and Project Delivery, gaining hands-on experience and structured development paths.

Qualifications

• 2:2 degree or above in mechanical, industrial, or process engineering.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for innovative enhancements in the workplace, considering emerging technologies and process advancements.
• Research and recommend marketplace technologies and process improvements.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and deliver project plans against agreed milestones.
• Manage project risks to ensure timely delivery and minimal disruption to service.
• Deliver engineered solutions in the repair, service, and retrofit of rotating equipment.
• Provide technical advice and support to internal stakeholders across the UK.
