Qualifikationen

• Hold or be in final year of studying toward a degree in Electrical Engineering, Digitalisation Engineering or Manufacturing Technology.
• Willing to be mobile across the UK and rotate through placements across the scheme.
• Have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship (no Skilled Worker sponsorship required).

Aufgaben

• Participate in a 2-year scheme across factories and product categories, gaining hands-on maintenance and project engineering experience.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and improvements of operational efficiencies.
