Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Final year student or degree holder in Electrical Engineering, Digitalisation Engineering or Manufacturing Technology (or related).
• Willingness to be mobile across the UK and participate in the scheme as required.

Responsibilities

• Join a 2-year scheme across multiple Nestlé factories and product categories, gaining maintenance and project engineering experience.
• Engage with state-of-the-art technology, processes and equipment within factory teams.
• Contribute to improving operational efficiencies and advancing digital transformation initiatives.
• Support across rotations to develop engineering knowledge and skills in line with TPM and DMAIC methodologies.
