Job summary

Nestlé is offering an Engineering Placement Scheme across UK factory sites for Electrical, Automation or Digitalisation disciplines. The 12-month placement starts on 14 June 2027 and is full-time, five days a week in the factory.

You will rotate through maintenance and project engineering, gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art technology, and contribute to improving operational efficiencies while developing TPM knowledge. Relocation support and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be in penultimate year of university in Electrical Engineering, Digitalisation Engineering or Manufacturing Technology.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Willing to be mobile across the UK and commit to a 12-month placement.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and project engineering across factory sites.
• Engage with digital transformation initiatives and TPM practices.
• Rotates through different role placements to gain broad exposure.
