Nestlé’s Engineering Graduate Scheme offers a 2-year program across Electrical, Automation or Digitalisation with placements in various UK factories. You will gain hands-on maintenance and project engineering experience, rotating through sites and product categories while working on digital transformation and efficiency initiatives.

The scheme includes mentorship, cross-team collaboration, and potential permanent roles.

Formación

• Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Digitalisation Engineering or Manufacturing Technology
• Willingness to be mobile across the UK and flexible to site locations
• Commitment to start on 1 September 2027 and complete a 2-year scheme

Responsabilidades

• Gain experience across maintenance and project engineering in Nestlé factories
• Work across multiple factories and product categories
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and efficiency improvements
• Support delivery of key performance metrics such as output, energy, and water usage
