NHSGGC in Glasgow is seeking a Rotational Dental Nurse for a 12-month fixed-term contract based at Glasgow Dental Hospital. The role supports outpatient clinics within the Secondary Care Oral Health Service and requires the candidate to have GDC registration and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

You will assist clinicians, coordinate clinic equipment and patient records, communicate with patients and families, and help ensure compliance with GDC standards and NHS Scotland

Qualificações

• Qualified dental nurse with current GDC registration.
• Ability to fulfil criteria outlined in the job description.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the clinician during patient assessment and treatment procedures.
• Ensure effective communication with patients and carers.
• Prepare the clinical environment and coordinate equipment and records.
• Arrange patient appointments in line with treatment plans.
• Work within GDC standards and NHS Scotland policy.
• Organise time and manage nursing resource under supervision.
• Order and maintain supplies and equipment.
