Job summary

Kepak Group is recruiting for its Category & Customer Marketing Graduate Programme 2027 in the UK. You will rotate across Category and Marketing roles at Kepak Kirkham, working with brands like Rustlers, and will travel across sites in the UK and Ireland.

The two-year programme builds leadership for future marketing and category management opportunities. We welcome graduates from all disciplines who are motivated, ambitious, and ready to develop under expert mentors and a structured learner

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Category and Marketing roles to gain end-to-end understanding.
• Support development of brands, packaging, and campaigns across sites in the UK and Ireland.
• Analyze performance data to inform brand decisions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with teams to tailor marketing activity to customer needs.
