Job summary

Babcock International is recruiting for its Commercial Graduate Programme across multiple UK sites. You will rotate through four six-month placements, supporting bids, contracts and commercial activities across varied sectors, including Civil Nuclear, aviation services and Marine.

The programme offers structured development, mentorship and potential security clearances; placements may require relocation within the UK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any subject.
• Interest in a career in Commercial.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial bids and contract management across UK projects.
• Engage in the full lifecycle: opportunities, proposals, negotiations, compliance.
• Work across multiple sectors including Civil Nuclear, aviation services, Marine.
• Gain real-world experience through four placements across UK sites.
