NHS Jobs is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist for a Rotational post. You will work within our integrated therapies department across Stroke/Neuro, Acute Medicine, ICU and Orthopaedics to deliver specialist therapy and rehabilitation for acute patients.

Responsibilities

• Stroke/Neuro: provide specialist therapy rehabilitation to acute patients as part of the multidisciplinary team.
• Acute Medicine: holistic assessments to increase independence and quality of life on medical wards.
• ICU/Cardio-Respiratory/General Surgery: contribute to ICU therapy services and respiratory management across wards.
• Orthopaedics: specialist therapy for complex trauma and support for elective pathways.
• Early Intervention Team: rapid assessments and interventions across A&E, AMU and Same Day Emergency Care.
