Responsibilities

• Provide expert pharmaceutical advice across Medicine and Acute Admissions Unit
• Contribute to medicines optimisation and service development
• Support the development of junior pharmacy colleagues and staff training
• Undertake risk management and ensure compliance with medicines legislation
• Deprescribe as an independent pharmacist prescriber and train on deprescribing tools for polypharmacy reduction
