Job summary

Serco Limited is seeking a Labourer – Rotary to support the Integrated Merlin Operational Support team at RNAS Culdrose in Helston. You’ll help maintain safe, clean and efficient working environments to support critical defence operations.

This role requires a valid UK driving licence, ability to gain Security Check clearance, and a flexible attitude to shift patterns Monday to Friday. You’ll work with a team, follow health and safety procedures, and participate in training to develop skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
• Able to achieve Security Check (SC) clearance to access the site.
• Flexible and willing to work shift patterns Monday to Friday.
• Committed to following health and safety procedures.
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks in accordance with Line Manager and Supervisor instructions.
• Carry out tasks as directed in the cleaning of aircraft and aircraft components.
• Maintain general work areas and site facilities to a high standard of cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Comply with Royal Navy Support requirements, the Serco Management System, and all relevant engineering regulations.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Attend and successfully complete all training required for the role as directed by management.
