A leading aviation support company is seeking an Aircraft Engineering Supervisor (Mechanical) to work at RNAS Culdrose, Helston. This role involves overseeing aircraft engineering services, particularly for Merlin aircraft, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational success. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of related experience and hold a Supervisory Certificate. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in an airworthiness environment relevant to Merlin aircraft.
• Ability to hold or currently hold a Certificate of Competency for Supervisory level.
• Knowledge of engineering and support equipment as well as health and safety regulations.
• Understanding of Engineering and Asset Management Systems.
• Completion of or ability to complete a Maintenance Human Factors Course.

Responsibilities

• Support aircraft engineering services across contracts.
• Ensure operational deliverables in a highly regulated environment.
• Support IMOS and AESAS contracts and contribute to safe, reliable aircraft operations.
• Lead continuous improvement and liaise with engineers and technicians to ensure effective service delivery.

Our Aircraft Engineers support aircraft engineering services across both contracts, ensuring operational deliverables in a highly regulated environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in an airworthiness environment relevant to Merlin aircraft

• Knowledge of Merlin Aircraft Engineering, Aircraft Systems, Servicing and Support Equipment, Lean Operating Procedures, Naval Air Publications, CIETP, Health and Safety, COSHH Regulations, Tool Control, and Quality Practices
• Understanding of Engineering and Asset Management Systems
• Completion of or ability to complete a Maintenance Human Factors Course
