Qualifications

• Several years of airworthiness experience required.
• Experience with Merlin helicopter systems and rotary wing aircraft preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Operating Procedures, Naval Air Publications and CIETP recommended.
• Understanding of engineering and asset management systems.
• Commitment to safety, COSHH, tool control and quality practices.
• Maintenance Human Factors training completed.

Responsibilities

• Work as Aircraft Engineering Fitter on IMOS and AESAS contracts.
• Support operational deliverables in a regulated environment.
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Raise risks, quality issues, or customer concerns to team leads.
• Complete admin duties and attend training to grow skills.
• Based at RNAS Culdrose, Cornwall; adapt to a day shift; full-time role.
