Job summary

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s level qualification, NHS leadership experience, and a track record in strategic workforce transformation, with strong collaboration

Qualifications

• Master’s level qualification in a relevant subject.
• Evidence of project management experience or CPD.
• HR qualification (e.g., CIPD Level 5 or above).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational delivery of rostering and resourcing across the Group.
• Drive workforce efficiency, productivity and cost improvement via workforce planning.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team with inclusive leadership.
• Ensure governance, reporting and assurance across rostering systems.
