Job summary
Enva Recycling Scotland is seeking a Transport Controller based in Linwood to join the Transport team on a permanent full-time basis. You will oversee all depot vehicle operations, plan resources efficiently, and drive KPI performance.

Qualifications
- Geographic knowledge of the local region.
- Strong IT skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Hold a full driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Monitor operational costs (Maintenance/Fuel/Hire) and present data weekly/monthly.
- Plan and communicate detailed route plans.
- Enforce working time regulations and address non-conformance.
- Manage tachograph compliance.
- Oversee driver absences and holidays.
- Maintain personnel files including licences and training records.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance costs and records.
- Ensure driver and depot staff training and inductions are completed.
- Coordinate vehicle and trailer maintenance incl. MOTs and weekly checks.
- Handle accidents and incidents following company processes.
- Complete depot daily checks and log in central system.
- Produce weekly KPI reports and address performance issues.
