OEG Energy Group is seeking a Rope Access Supervisor to review and maintain rope access documentation and ensure adherence to company standards across offshore projects. The role involves developing procedures, supporting audits, and guiding operations with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar rope access supervision role.
• Experience in, or knowledge of, NDT and decommissioning within oil and gas offshore wind sectors.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Review and approve rope access documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
• Develop and update corporate rope access policies, procedures, and guidance documents.
• Monitor compliance with industry standards, legislation, and internal governance.
• Assist in coordinating rope access equipment in line with requirements and certification standards.
• Provide guidance to operational teams on rope access matters.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps and opportunities within rope access processes.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and assessments as required.
• Assist with investigations and follow-up actions related to rope access incidents.
