De Vere Wokefield Estate in Berkshire is seeking an experienced Rooms Division Manager to lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations and Nights across our 376-bedroom estate. You will set standards, develop teams and drive a seamless guest experience in a busy, high-volume hotel environment.

Working alongside the leadership team and Revenue Management, you will oversee budgets, payroll and costs, analyse performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability while

Qualifications

• Experience in Rooms Division or hotel operations management, ideally in a large hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office and Housekeeping with oversight of Nights, Guest Relations and Reservations.
• Excellent budget, payroll and cost management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations and Nights teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Set and uphold standards across the Rooms Division and develop management teams.
• Partner with leadership and Revenue Management to optimise commercial performance and profitability.
