Job summary

Cherubs Nurseries is seeking an Experienced Room Manager to lead a room, drive daily operations and deliver our ambitious curriculum, inspiring Apprentices and Qualified Early Years Educators to support every child’s learning.

You will oversee planning cycles, family communication, and the presentation and maintenance of the room, while partnering with the Head of Nursery to ensure high standards and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Experience as Room Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the room/unit to Cherubs Nurseries standards.
• Lead the bi-weekly planning cycle for the room/unit and ensure it reflects children’s interests.
• Manage the Nursery App including child profiles, parent communication and recordings.
• Maintain room presentation, cleanliness and furnishings to standard.
• Oversee snack and mealtimes following policy and dietary guidelines.
• Coordinate handovers and keep parents informed with the Head of Nursery.
