N Family Club in Twickenham, London, is seeking a Nursery Room Manager to lead a team of Educators within a vibrant nursery setting. The role focuses on delivering high-quality early years education through our N Curriculum, driving excellence, safeguarding, and child-centred learning.

As a Room Manager, you will inspire staff, ensure outstanding care, and collaborate with families to support each child's development and well-being.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) is required.
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and ongoing compliance.
• Safeguarding/child protection training and regular refreshers.
• Experience leading and coaching a team in an educational setting.
• Strong customer service background with a positive attitude.
• Genuine passion for education and improving children's lives.
• Able to make solid decisions and drive our goals.
• Willingness to role-model safeguarding, health, and wellbeing standards.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, welcoming, inclusive environment for the team.
• Lead our learning through play ethos and our N Curriculum.
• Be a role model for outstanding care and education.
• Champion continuous improvement to keep practice fresh and outstanding.
• Shape daily room routines from meals to nap times and play.
• Plan, observe, and deliver high-quality learning experiences tailored to each child.
• Coach and motivate the team through feedback and development.
• Build strong relationships with parents and involve them in learning.
• Embed safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing standards.
