Job summary

Co-op Childcare is seeking a Room Manager to work with the Nursery Manager and Deputy to ensure compliance, team engagement and outstanding results for children.

You will lead and guide your team, delivering exceptional care and early education while supporting colleagues to maintain high performance and standards.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
• An Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs).
• Open, honest and compassionate with a passion for early years.

As Room Manager you will work closely with the Nursery Manager and Deputy Nursery Manager to ensure compliance, team engagement and outstanding results. You are responsible for providing leadership, direction and guidance within your team. You will support your colleagues to deliver exceptional care and early education ensuring performance standards are consistently met.
